Vacation!
September 8th, 2007Stevel and I are off to Coronado Island for a few days tomorrow. Our very kind neighbors will be taking care of the cats, no small task: Mia still has to be medicated three times a day, once with food taken up an hour before and put back an hour after (=SIX trips to No. 6 every day). Thank goodness these people are so in love with Linus, and thank goodness I was finally able to give him a LONG OVERDUE bath today so he won’t be so super greasy for all their lovin’.

Speaking of Linus, I was house/pet sitting this weekend. Mr. Krinkle spent three days sleeping on top of a box. He didn’t move from it except to eat and sleep. He’s about 1/3 the size of Linus and still managed to leave a giant dent in the box. I thought of you guys every time I looked over and saw him curled up.

I wonder if the coruugated pizza boxes retain their heat and/or aroma longer than other boxes? Or maybe it is just the low profile!
I think our government should conduct a study in to this matter. It is not as if they don’t spend the money on some pretty frivolous items any way.
