The good news just keeps pouring in tonight: Tracey passed her final and is well on her way to becoming a real, bona fide NURSE. Congratulations to my hometown friend who I am proud to say I volunteered with as a candystriper back in the day, before she was allowed to give anyone shots!

And a happy belated birthday to Emily, who is always on my mind, but especially this time of year, as she is the queen of very original costumes (like “A Fuzzy Navel” and “Daylight Savings Time”). So great to catch up and celebrate our roomie’s new little one and remember old times.
