The Newest Neighbor
April 22nd, 2008Vibble attended the beginning of the homeowners’ meeting tonight. She was a bit of a distraction, even though she was quiet and wide-eyed. Her cuteness just sucks people in, you know? Later in the evening, she was very chatty. And now she’s asleep in the bouncer, which is being bounced by her dad. What a life.

That last picture and your saying she sucks you in reminds me of a quote that I may be getting wrong, and of which I can’t remember the source. (Gotta love Mommy Brain.) Anyway, it goes something like, “Babies capture with you their eyes and enchant you with their smiles.” It’s so true, and she really does look enchanting!

Can she look any more ALERT? She just seems about to blurt something out at any moment. Wait until you learn baby talk and can begin to communicate. People will lokk at you and Stevel and say you are crazy for talking baby talk. But who cares when you can speak with your child!

Has Miss Violet worn the same outfit twice? Cute just doesn’t quite describe her. And she has that wonderful smile of a baby who knows she is loved. I keep going online to look at the pictures–two and three times a day.
